How do I install my new flagpole?

 
My flagpole is stuck and won’t unlock. How do I fix it?

To unlock the flagpole you will turn each locking mechanism to the left(counter-clockwise) and lower the pole. Our poles have a locking mechanism that uses friction, if the pole is tightened too much it can stick and become difficult to loosen.  For flagpoles that are stuck we recommend using WD40 or another form of lubricant and spraying 1-2 pumps in each section that won’t unlock, let it sit for a few hours and try again. If that still does not solve the issue, please contact our customer support team.

 
My product has broken, what do I need to do to get a replacement?

My order has not arrived, how long does it take?

We advertise 2-7 business day shipping, this is something that we are proud to offer, but unfortunately once it leaves our warehouse it’s up to the shipping carrier to make sure the item arrives on time. Please note that it does take 24-48 hours to process updates on tracking information, check back on the tracking in a day or two and if it still has not updated please let our customer service team know.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Will my Stand order with with another companies product?                                                                                                                                                                            

We can’t guarantee that our product will be compatible with non-Stand branded products. We do always want our customer’s to be confident and happy with their purchases. If you have any questions about our products working with another company's products please email us beforehand and we can look into the measurements for you. 

Please note that we are not liable for our products working with other 3rd party companies and that any returns due to this reason will be counted as a normal return with some shipping fees possibly attached.

 
I want to return my order, how do I do that?

To submit an RMA (return merchandise authorization) request you will use the link listed below:

Fill out the information and click submit. An agent will get back to you within 48 hrs letting you know exactly what to do to get that back to us for a refund. 

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

Inspect the entire order and verify everything that is missing or damaged. Please keep all packaging and order information and contact our support team for further instruction.

 
What is the wind rating of your flagpoles?

These flagpoles can withstand up to 60 MPH winds if you are just flying one flag on it, if you plan on flying two it can withstand 40-50 MPH winds. Since this flagpole is telescoping, we highly recommend collapsing the pole or taking it down if the winds are higher than 60 MPH.


How long does the solar light stay lit?

The Solar Flag Pole Light stays lit for about 8 hours.

We are pleased to offer promotions and special discounts throughout the year. To ensure fairness and consistent pricing for all customers, the following policy applies to all promotional offers.

One Promotion Per Order

Only one (1) promotion, discount code, coupon, or special offer may be applied to a single order. Promotions cannot be combined, stacked, or used together unless explicitly stated by the Company.

If multiple promotions, discount codes, or offers are applied or attempted on the same order, the Company reserves the right to determine which single promotion will be honored. Any additional promotions, discounts, free gifts, or special offers may be removed or voided without prior notice.

Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are valid only during the advertised promotional period and are subject to availability. All promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the desired promotion or discount code has been correctly applied before completing the checkout process.

Promotions Are Not Retroactive

Promotions, coupon codes, discounts, and special offers cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to add, replace, or modify any promotional offer associated with that order.

If a promotion was not applied during checkout, it cannot be added afterward, even if the promotion was active at the time the order was placed.

Order Cancellations to Reapply Promotions

If a customer wishes to use a different promotion after placing an order, the order must first be eligible for cancellation. Cancellation requests are honored only if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Due to our fast fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled before it is processed.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled solely to apply a different promotion.

Company Discretion

The Company reserves the right to reject, modify, or cancel any promotion or discount that has been applied in violation of these terms or as a result of a system error, misuse, or abuse of promotional offers.
